Nosework 5 – Fall 2023

Description

This class will further refine the skills from NW4 for those dogs with trialing experience at the UKC and AKC Master and Elite levels. A class will contain two skills and one exercise for working at a distance, in corners, air flow and distractions plus many more situations. A review of UKC/AKC rules are included in trial exercises.

Prerequisite: Nosework 4 or equivalent nosework training level. Enrolled students must be competing at the Master level or higher and demonstrate a working knowledge of searching. Previous instructors may recommend this level with agreement from the NW 5 instructor.
